The Star Gaze Motif is a six inch granny square with a bright star at its center. Color changes happen on their own with this clever design. One ball works up into fourteen matching squares, so every motif comes out the same without any joining of new shades. Simple stitches carry the rounds, which keeps the project relaxing. Crocheters who enjoy squares will finish one in well under an hour. Weaving in ends barely takes any time either. Squares like these open up so many projects. Join a batch of Star Gaze Motifs into a cozy throw, or stitch a smaller run into a tote bag panel. Pillow covers and table runners come together quickly too.
